Terraced building for sports facilities. Conceived as a high-performance centre targeted towards water sports. Most of the surface area will be dedicated to a large gym, changing rooms and, as complementary uses, a restaurant-cafeteria, a games room and chill-out zone with a private terrace.
The relationship of the new volume with the surrounding terrain and the landscape determines a basic requirement for the project. The proposal seeks a connection with the historic city and represents a new entrance.
