Renovation project of a traditional house into a new residential modality of cohousing with 14 private accommodations of 25m² each; common areas such as the kitchen, living room and other services are shared and energy self-consumption is encouraged.
Innovative materials such as the YTONG blocks are used. This novel system employs aerated, low-density concrete blocks, offering a better thermal and acoustic performance, rapid laying, and great resistance against fire.
